I have to say that if you need any audio equipment installed in your ride then Custom Audio Creations is where you need to go. It is just that simple. I showed up there on the morning of June 17th and they got me in and got me taken care of. I didn't have an appointment either but they made it happen. The work was absolutely suberb too. The staff was great too, genuinely friendly and professional and had the utmost concern about me, my car and what I needed done. I am going to have some new speakers installed soon. I will definitely be going back to Custom Audio Creations to have them do that work as well. 5 star service all the way!

I recently had a subwoofer installed, and overall the customer service and installation were great. The team was friendly, professional, and completed the work quickly the same day.
However, after the installation, my backup camera on my 2024 Kia Forte stopped working. I was informed that this is a known issue that can sometimes happen with this vehicle. While I understand that certain complications can occur, I do wish I had been informed beforehand that the installation might affect my backup camera. That would have helped me make a more informed decision and prepare for a potential repair.
Aside from that issue, I had a positive experience and appreciate the quality of the installation and the staff’s professionalism.

I didn't understand a lot of what I was being charged for but they took the time to explain everything and even brought out the equipment to show me first hand what was being done.
